INSURANCE, PAYMENT, and HIPPA REGULATION COMPLIANCE
Dr. Osvold participates on insurance and Employee Assistance Program panels and will file your insurance for you. In some cases pre-authorization is needed before the first session, so please ask whether this will be required for you when making your appointment.
If you opt to pay directly for your sessions, the charge is $150.00 for the first session, and $125.00 for subsequent sessions. Payment is due at the time of service, and a $50 fee will be assessed for failure to cancel by 6 p.m. the evening prior to your appointment. Dr. Osvold accepts checks and cash, but not plastic.
Dr. Osvold is compliant with all HIPPA regulations and will provide you with this information during the intake process. She will answer any questions you have regarding the confidentiality of any of your information or health records.
